With a strong background and extensive experience in Business law, Jouke Brada is a highly accomplished international and corporate/transactional services attorney, heavily involved in handling cross-border alliances, financing projects for both on-going businesses as well as start-up enterprises, and mergers & acquisitions.

One of the founding partners and the Managing Partner of Brada Kuttner, Amsterdam, Mr. Brada has practised law very successfully since 1983 and has garnered a far-reaching reputation for his business acumen and astute legal representation on matters of international law and corporate transactions.

Besides his base of clients in the pharmaceutical, paper and energy industries, Jouke concentrates on the ICT and related venture capital sectors.

Having served for a number of years and still member of the Supervisory Boards of several leading international companies, including Stora Enso, a world leader in the paper industry, Jouke Brada offers his clients a unique business perspective that represents a distinct advantage over other legal practitioners.
