Ignacio is the Partner and Director responsible for the Law Consultancy Department of Arango S.L., developing activities of legal advice for both, companies and physical entities. Within legal entities he mainly renders services related to commercial law for all types of social agreements (capital gain/loss, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations etc.), shareholders meetings, partner meetings, secretarial support services for the Administration Council, as well as contracts and legal relations referred to their social objectives.
