De Angel & Compañía, a certified public accounting firm since 1975, has been providing a variety of accounting, auditing, and consulting services to the private and public sector, both federal and local, for the past 30 years. Most of our private sector clients have been medium-size businesses.In the public sector, in addition to US Single Audits for municipalities and non-profits, we have been servicing government agencies for 20 years. Our auditing firm incorporates, in addition to support personnel, the experience of fifteen (15) professionals. These include five (5) CPA’s, with significant years of experience from all our auditors.
Our Firm is committed to provide our clients the necessary technical support and advice on a timely basis. Our objectives encompass working closely with client’s management to assure them the most reasonable return on fees.
De Angel & Compañía participates in the Peer Review Program and guidelines of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) through Puerto Rico’s professional association, the “Colegio de Contadores Públicos Autorizados”. Our Firm has received unqualified opinions, with no letter of comments for the past 12 years. Please refer to the Review Report in the corresponding section.
