This department is in charge of consulting and operational management of our office, assigning tasks to our staff, depending on level of experience. As part of her duties, has been in charge of addressing the largest client of the office for the past fifteen (15) years in auditing, taxes, consulting and implementation of internal controls for that company.

 His experience serving international accounts has provided him extensive experience in the field of auditing. This experience includes audits, reviews and compilations for government entities, private companies and nonprofit organizations. The integration of the CPA Carlos de De Angel provides continuity to the excellent services we have offered for the past thirty-five (35) years.

With more than 5 years experience, his practice is focused on immigration, corporate law and foreign investments.

Miguel Garcia has also experience in immigration matters, which include the obtainment of immigration documents for foreign executives from different nationalities who have to come to work in our country.

He has been permanently involved in the establishment of Mexican companies, corporate transformations, corporate mergers and corporate management of mercantile companies.

With over 6 years of experience, her practice is mainly focused to mining and corporate law.

In the mining area, Miss Sierra has been permanently involved in drafting agreements, calculation of mining duties and calculation of amounts for purposes of the filing of proof of assessment work reports.

Likewise she has an important experience in carrying out searches to determine the legal status of mining concessions, as well as in the elaboration of reports to that effect.

With more than 20 years of experience, his practice is focused on corporate law, mining, migratory, foreign investments and community relationships.

Mr. Vazquez has been permanently involved in the establishment of Mexican companies, corporate management of mercantile companies, as well as drafting agreements in general and representing important corporate foreign groups with business in Mexico.

In relation to mining issues, he has carried on important negotiations to access superficial lands where the concessions are located, having also a vast experience in drafting and negotiating contracts that involve mining concession rights, as well as mining corporations in general and relationship with communities.

Mr. Vazquez is also a skilled lawyer in migration matters, which includes the obtainment of immigration documents for foreign executives from different nationalities who have come to work in our country.

He is an active partner of the Mexican Mining, Metallurgy and Geology Engineer Association, A.C., member of work groups organized by the Mexican Mining Chamber (CAMIMEX) and the General Direction of Mining Promotion of the Ministry of Economy.

He has been invited as speaker in local seminars related to mining law issues and has written several articles for magazines specialized in mining and environmental law.

With extensive experience in international structuring of global operating enterprises and individuals, Jeroen Kreeft, is a highly accomplished and widely respected tax attorney in dealing with multinational operating clients. Among his clients are quoted companies, as well as larger private companies and individuals, all with an international flavor.

After staring his career at Coopers and Lybrand (currently PWC), Jeroen joined Crop Tax Lawyers where, as a partner, he headed up the international tax and legal practice of the firm. In 2005 he joined Smart, the intelligent choice, to start their international expansion and head up their international tax practice from the Amsterdam office. After being in the Smart Group for several years, the Dutch arm of Smart decided to merge with Brada Kuttner where Jeroen and his partner Bart Wisse head up the tax team of the firm.

Besides the large international client group Jeroen services, he takes a special interest in companies who deal with intellectual property rights and media as well as companies in the energy and natural resources sector.

With more than 20 years experience in tax and finance, Bart Wisse is highly qualified in business advice in an (international) environment.

Bart started his career in the mid 80’s with the Dutch Tax Authorities as a Tax Auditor, being also heavily involved in both quality- and line-management in a period of organizational transformation. After a 10 year period with the IRS, he served as a CFO on the board of a privately held financial organization gaining important inside business experience on management, franchising, funding and the M&A practice. Since early 2002 Bart has been working together with Jeroen Kreeft, first at Crop Tax Lawyers and since 2005 as co-founder of Smart, the intelligent choice, before joining Brada Kuttner Amsterdam in 2009, where they jointly head up the tax team.

His specialises in the field of M&A and business valuation, together with strategic management of start up (international) corporations. He has served as a board member of both national and international companies and is fluent in English, German, French and Dutch.

After receiving his masters degree, Maarten joined the international tax practice of Arthur Andersen in Rotterdam in September 2000. In August 2002 he became an Attorney and Tax lawyer with the law firm Kaiser Van As c.s. Advocaten at Utrecht. During this period Maarten conducted several cases before the Dutch courts, civil and fiscal. In October 2005 Maarten received his Declaration of certified Attorney.
In December 2005 Maarten began working with SMART’s Amsterdam office, which has merged with Brada Kuttner in 2009.
Maarten’s field of expertise is international and national tax planning of publicly owned and family enterprises, group restructuring and tax litigation.
