With more than 20 years of experience, his practice is focused on corporate law, mining, migratory, foreign investments and community relationships.

Mr. Vazquez has been permanently involved in the establishment of Mexican companies, corporate management of mercantile companies, as well as drafting agreements in general and representing important corporate foreign groups with business in Mexico.

In relation to mining issues, he has carried on important negotiations to access superficial lands where the concessions are located, having also a vast experience in drafting and negotiating contracts that involve mining concession rights, as well as mining corporations in general and relationship with communities.

Mr. Vazquez is also a skilled lawyer in migration matters, which includes the obtainment of immigration documents for foreign executives from different nationalities who have come to work in our country.

He is an active partner of the Mexican Mining, Metallurgy and Geology Engineer Association, A.C., member of work groups organized by the Mexican Mining Chamber (CAMIMEX) and the General Direction of Mining Promotion of the Ministry of Economy.

He has been invited as speaker in local seminars related to mining law issues and has written several articles for magazines specialized in mining and environmental law.

He has 32 years of experience in the professional field. During 12 years he worked for the Audit and External Consulting firm Alonso y Asociados representantives of Ernst and Young International. He was occupied as Internal Audit Manager in local private companies and also as Director – Manager and Administrative and Finalcial Manager in important companies of the real estate and investments sector of the conuntry. He was advisor of the Presidencia del Instituto Peruano de Seguridad Social del Perú (IPSS) and Manager of its Logistics Division. At present,he is Director of several private companies and Principal Partner of our Firm.

Tutoring professor of Tax Planning and International Taxing in the Masters Program, Law in the Enterprise at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Chile.

Professor of Tax planning in the Masters Degree in Taxation and Professor of graduates in national and international taxation and tax planning and management of the faculty of economics and business from the Universidad de Chile, since the year 2000. He has been lecturer in various seminars nationally and internationally, all of these having to do with National and International Tax Matters.
